First War
Part One:
Daughters of Eden The first heroes are twin sisters: Spring and Rose, born from a miracle sent to fulfill their mother Eden’s wish. They grow up secluded from the violent outside world, hidden from the demon’s ravenous rampage until their 18th birthday. Because their mother’s strength has diminished, she can no longer keep them from the demon’s notice. Faced with the threat of death, she sends her daughters on a quest to collect the source of the four elements: fire, earth, water, and air. Only their combined power has a chance of destroying the demon before the planet is completely consumed and turns to dust. So the sisters embark on their journey, meet some friends along the way, and encounter fire first. The flames test their will and determination. The next element, Earth, pushes them beyond the limits of their bodies. Water thrashes them about in a battle of pure power and control. Their morality is questioned by whimsical Air in a dilemma of life or death. Spring and Rose return to their mother proud of their accomplishments and undergo another challenge: a mock battle against the demon. The last of her power exhausted by this test, Eden falls into a deep sleep and the world withers. Soon after, their friends are called away to other emergencies. For the first time the girls are truly alone, which makes the final leg of their journey to the demon’s lair the hardest test of heart they encounter. Along the way they meet a strange young man surrounded by the corpses of monsters. With his help, and the help of their friends, they confront Amon and defeat him. |
